There is no best part to waking up in the mornings and especially a Monday morning! But you have work, school, meeting, perhaps an errand? As much as you wish you can sleep all day, it is time to rise, shine, and get your day started. The “five more minutes” you promise to yourself every morning is over!
Get back into your morning routine with these simple tips:
- The placement of your alarm clock can help you get out of bed. Place your alarm clock across the room and away from your bed.
- Consider different ring tones music, or something extra-loud. Try to avoid low soothing music!
- Place a glass of water next to your alarm clock. Drink it as soon as you turn off your alarm. This will give you a reason to get out of bed and use the restroom.
